Faith a step toward dependence

  Itʼs not about if but more about when in regard to faith steps . Man kind has desired to live a life of independence from God from the garden of Eden till now. God told Adam and Eve, you may eat from all the trees in the garden but that one. And which tree did they desire to eat from? The one God forbade . God knows the ways of mankind but he also knows what is best for him and that is a close intimate relationship with his creator. As a result of this, God puts us in positions where we might trust him. Sometimes those times of trust are moments where God calls us to a challenge. Sometimes it is something that overwhelms us. The ultimate goal is, we trust in Him . When God shows up, that experience is etched in our hearts and we come closer to our God. Not only that, we tell the story to others and their faith is strengthened. What is God using in your life to bring you to a point of dependence on him? Do not fear it but embrace it for you will rest safe in His arms.
