Kids Club 2017

The kids club happened from Friday to Saturday of this week. It was surreal experience for the kids as they blasted off to the cosmic city to explore the wonder of God. The shuttle to cosmic city was jam packed with around 38 kids most of whom where unbelievers. The first day the theatre of galaxies was at the old shepherd place cabana. And over there the kids learned about creation and also about our creator. The kids had a blast singing songs about how strong our God is. Then they went to the different stations in rotation for the rest of the evening. The stations included games, crafts and the snack bar. The second day they learned about what faith can do as they listened to the story of how Jesus walked over water. Both of the lessons were enacted by our skit team and the visualization helped the kids understand better. The final day consisted of more singing and dancing and games. There was also a play doh station and face painting. At the end of the day the kids shared about their experience and also what they had learned. This kids club functioned well because of the leadership of our pastor and Deepthi and also help from our church members. We were also blessed with the group from Kansas without whom this club wouldn't have been as beautiful.
