Half Year Ministry Team Leads/Co-Leads meeting

God graciously gave us 6 months in 2018 and now as we begin another 6 months we wanted to prayerfully plan and begin. We started our meeting with prayer by Ps. Paul Bixler, Emmanuel P, led us with singing and music and then we watched a video on Christian Servant-Leadership by Dr. Steven Crane. A very informative and challenging video that taught valuable lessons on servant leadership. We broke into 4 teams and Swaroop facilitated an activity on foster Team building/planning with Spaghetti sticks, Marsh Mellows, thread roll & tape. It was interesting to see how the team that planned and decided to keep their structure short but sturdy. David & Paul Bixler's team won. Each leader representing their ministry shared their events, strengths, challenges for the next 6 months, after each team shared they were prayed over. We concluded the meeting with lunch at Kumars! Praise God for all who participated!
